Material choice starts with the climate. In humid zones we prefer timber species and boards that tolerate moisture, seal every edge and hole before assembly, and use hardware that resists corrosion. Upholstery for loungers and benches is selected for quick drying and easy cleaning. Where furniture stands near wet floors, plinths are raised or legs are fitted with protective feet so that water cannot rise into the wood.
Ventilation and cleaning routines in the spa are discussed with the operator during design, because they affect finishes as much as the materials do. Furniture is produced in our Istanbul workshop and installed by our own team. Share the layout of your spa and guest floors, and we will suggest materials suited to each zone.
Hotel furniture made with quality materials and professional production can be used without problems for an average of 10-20 years. Intensity of use and maintenance conditions can affect this period.
In many hotel projects, the use of fire-rated doors is mandatory under fire regulations. These doors are of great importance for safe evacuation in the event of a fire.
Depending on the size of the project, hotel furniture production time usually ranges from 30 to 90 days.
Yes. Furniture designed specifically for hotel projects can be produced in line with the architectural project. This results in original designs that are in harmony with the hotel's concept.
